Every set of drawings is custom-created for a specific client and a specific site. By law, the drawings are the property of the architect and they may not be used for the construction of an identical building at a different location. The drawing sets we provide may not be sold or shared for any purpose other than the construction of the building at the specific site.

The architect must be notified regarding any changes to the plans. Any deviations from the drawings without the architect knowledge, review, and signature will not be considered a part of the architect's responsibility.
