At BMG Design Build LLC trust and transparency are the foundations of our business and relationships. 

When a project is canceled for any reason we share the drawings that were completed to-date along with an estimate of the percentage to which we consider the drawing set to be completed. We also provide a complete set of drawings of a similar scope so you can compare and see for yourself how we determine the level of completion. If we received an advanced payment for a service that was not fully completed you will receive a refund in accordance with the percentage of completion.
